1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Aivio Apps that governs your use of Camera Endoscope (the "App"), an Android application. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires a higher age to use apps like this one without parental consent. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. You must also be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. What the App does
The App shows the live picture from a USB endoscope or inspection camera plugged into your phone, lets you take photos and record video, with sound if you allow it, keeps your captures in a gallery, and checks whether your phone supports USB cameras. Which features are available depends on your device, your Android version and the permissions you grant.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own lawful purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and with the Google Play Terms of Service;
- keep your device secure and up to date.
You agree that you will not:
- photograph or record people or places you have no right to, or without the consent the law requires;
- copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent that the law expressly allows despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any notices, branding or ad-related components of the App, or block or tamper with the ads it shows;
- use bots, scripts or other means to generate false ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise interfere with advertising shown in the App;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the App, or publish it on another store or site without our written permission.
6. Permissions
The App needs certain Android permissions to work, as described in the Privacy Policy. You decide whether to grant permissions that need your approval and can change your decision in your device settings. Some features may not work if you deny a permission.
7. Hardware, inspection use and privacy
Endoscope cameras differ widely, and the App cannot promise that every camera will connect or that every feature will work with it. The App is a viewer and recorder, not a medical, safety or professional inspection tool, and you are responsible for how you use the camera. Keep the camera and cable away from live electrical parts, moving machinery and hot surfaces. Many places require consent before you photograph or record.
8. Advertising
The App is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob, which may include banner ads and full-screen ads. Ads are supplied by third parties. We do not control their content and do not endorse any advertiser, product or service. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them. How ad-related data is handled, and how you can manage your choices, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on or connects to third-party services, including Android, Google Play and Google AdMob. They are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, design, code and content, is owned by Aivio Apps or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Content you create with the App remains yours. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names belong to their respective owners.
11. Feedback and support
You can contact us by email. If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction and without owing you any payment or credit. Please do not include confidential or personal information in your message. We have no obligation to provide support, but we will try to respond.
12. Updates and changes to the App
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be delivered through Google Play, and some may be needed for the App to keep working. We have no obligation to provide updates, support or maintenance.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use the App if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or for security or technical reasons. When your right to use the App ends, you must stop using it and uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Disputes and General, will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Picture quality, brightness controls and available features depend on your camera and phone, and some cameras may not work. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aivio Apps and its owners, contributors and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for a free App) and 10 US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aivio Apps from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the App. This section does not apply to the extent it conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
17. Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the law that applies to you where you live, including any mandatory consumer protections, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale, merger or reorganisation, or to an affiliate.
- Google Play. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the page where these Terms are published. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
